If you get logged out without manually logging off:
You may have too many devices logged in.
You can have 2 concurrent logins.
If you are logged into your membership on 2 devices (eg: a phone and a desktop), that's 2 concurrent logins. If you go over the limit, the oldest login would be logged out.
If you are only logged in on 2 devices, you will remain logged in until to you manually log off. -
Using NavPro2024 on a mobile device
If you do a search on NavPro on your phone it is recommended not to use ‘autocomplete’ as it will add a ‘trailing space’ to the end of the word. Autocomplete is where you see the correct spelling come up and you tap on it. It populates the search window BUT it adds a space after the word because your phone thinks you are writing a sentence. This is called a trailing space. If you don’t delete the space, it may not find the word you’re looking for in your search. So, if you use autocomplete, Always Remember to remove the space!!
Hopefully the database company that we work with for the app will correct this issue soon.
