Autophagy
Just a quick post to share some very important news from the FLCCC Conference that I attended this past weekend (Oct 15-16, 2022). It was an amazing event with wonderful speakers such as Drs Paul Marik, Pierre Kory, Ryan Cole and Mobeen Syed.
One of the greatest problems with covid and the medical intervention that gets placed in your arm is the Spike Protein that can remain in the body.
It gets inside your cells but how to get rid of it?!! So far there isn’t a drug or supplement that can get it out of your cells. But there is one almost magical way that your body has for getting rid of cells that have been invaded by a bad protein (Spike) and that way is called Autophagy.
Auto means self and phagy means eat so it’s ‘self-eating’. Sounds kinda gross, lol, but wow, it’s a good thing to do. Autophagy is your body’s way of cleaning out old or damaged cells.
As we age, our bodies become less capable of ‘self-eating’ so the trash tends to accumulate and we get toxic. A wonderful way to increase Autopahgy is through fasting. But fasting for a day or two can be quite difficult so you’ll be happy to know that Intermittent Fasting will also increase autophagy.
So here’s the deal: Fast for 16 hours straight. If you are practicing good health principles you are done eating for the day by 7pm. Ideally, eating your last meal before sunset is best but with the seasonal time changes this can be a little more difficult.
If you quit eating at 7pm your next meal will be at 11am.
Good news!!! You can have coffee! Coffee, by an unknown mechanism, increases Autophagy. Wow, more proof that the Universe loves us! But only black coffee, preferably organic, because if you go over 10 calories you will stop the process of autophagy.
Another REALLY important point: You MUST include your sleep time in your fasting time. Spike protein can cross the blood brain barrier and it’s only when you sleep that the brain is allowed to take out the trash. And remember in a past post I mentioned how turning off your wifi at night will increase your brain’s ability to get to deep sleep where it does it’s best cleaning.
Want some more good news?
Resveratrol also increases autophagy. More reason for that glass of red wine in my opinion, hee hee.
So if you are struggling with health issues, try intermittent fasting. Dr Marik did it and he lost 20 pounds and has never felt healthier.
